Description
The Moroso Bloomy Armchair designed by Patricia Urquiola is a sculptural piece inspired by the organic stages of a flower. Designed for Moroso, it brings soft, natural geometry to contemporary interiors. The design concept centers on the life cycle of a flower, with this armchair representing the bloom as petals form the seat and backrest. It offers a protective, cozy seating experience with a small footprint. The chair is defined by rounded lines and a distinctive split in the backrest. It is built using flame-retardant cold foam injected over an internal steel frame to maintain its shape. The upholstery is entirely removable for easy maintenance. Dimensions are 71 centimeters wide, 65 centimeters deep, and 71 centimeters high, with a seat height of 41 centimeters. The base features black polypropylene glides to protect flooring and provide a floating effect.
