How does the piece discovery process work?
There are two main approaches to discovering pieces. If you're at a hotel or restaurant and see a piece you like, simply scan the QR code to access our website. You'll find details, pricing, and a direct link to purchase from our partner's site. If you prefer browsing from home, you can explore venues online, find your favorite pieces, and complete your purchase with just a few clicks. You can also visit the venues in person to try out items before buying.
What types of pieces are available?
Reevela features a wide range of interior design pieces, going from sofas, tables, lamps, to decorative items like books, vases, and candleholders. Our long-term goal is to offer comprehensive details and pricing information on every piece found in hospitality venues.
Is Reevela focused on sustainable shopping?
Reevela offers insights and information about a great variety of pieces, not solely 100% sustainable pieces. However, we are committed to supporting sustainability efforts by reducing the carbon footprint, boosting local economies, and promoting longer product life cycles to reduce waste.
Can I buy pieces directly from Reevela?
Reevela primarily acts as an intermediary, connecting customers with partner sites that sell the interior design pieces featured on our platform. We provide all the necessary information to help with your purchase.
Is Reevela free?
Yes, Reevela's services are completely free. The prices of pieces remain the same as they would if purchased without using Reevela to discover them.
How do QR codes work in this service?
When customers see an interior design item in a hospitality venue that they want more information about, they can request the QR code located at the venue, which will connect them to the Reevela platform. Currently, the system is still in development, so not all venues have QR codes yet. Our long-term goal is to implement QR codes in all hospitality venues.
Is there a mobile app for Reevela?
No, there is no mobile app available for Reevela.
Can Reevela be used internationally?
Yes, Reevela is available for international use. Our long-term goal is to feature a wide variety of venues from around the world.
How does Reevela differ from other online furniture retailers?
