Dolce&Gabbana Kettle

The Smeg Electric Kettle Dolce&Gabbana is part of a design collaboration between Smeg and Dolce & Gabbana. The electric kettle is made of stainless steel, has a chrome handle and a push-opening lid. The boiler has a volume of 1.7 liters and is placed on a 360º base plate with a built-in cable reel and rubber feet for stability. The boiler has a removable stainless steel scale filter, a hidden heating element and automatic shut-off at 100º or if there is no water. Sicily is my Love is a colorful collection based on the Rhetor series from the 50s and decorated with patterns and motifs inspired by Sicily and the coasts and landscapes of southern Italy. Golden lemons, citrus fruits, fig cacti and bright red cherries framed by triangular motifs known as crocchi are just some of the decorations developed in collaboration with Sicilian artists.
