Description
The dining chair, J41, is a classic cane chair, originally designed by the world-famous, Danish furniture architect, Børge Mogensen for FDB and here relaunched by Danish HAY. Mogensen insisted on function: that his chairs fit those who needed them, and not the other way around. Quality, simplicity, a clear, clean aesthetic and precise proportions repeat themselves in Børge Mogensen's furniture, which helped shape Danish modernism.
Crafted in solid wood, the design combines natural warmth and comfort with durability. Available in oak or beech in a variety of oiled, natural or coloured finishes.
