The Herman SHY3 table lamp from & Tradition is a tribute to the Danish author Herman Bang. It is intended to represent Herman's way of life, which never shied away from directing his light on socially ignored issues. He is thus rightly considered a key figure of the modern breakthrough. Like his stories, the Herman SHY3 table lamp is a small, seeming lighthouse. The shade is made of mouth-blown opal glass. The style is spun from walnut and then oiled, while the base is cut into shape from light marble.
