Filippo Mambretti
Italian industrial designer and architect Filippo Mambretti (b. 1981) is recognized for a dynamic, narrative-rich approach that unites visual art with industrial manufacturing. Graduating with master's degrees in furniture design from the Politecnico di Milano, Mambretti honed his craft with master Italo Rota before founding Mambrò Design Studio. Mambretti has authored acclaimed collections for leading European furniture and lighting houses. For Italian brand Bonaldo, he developed sculptural tables and occasional furniture, while creating the award-winning Dune acoustic wall panels for Mogg. His lighting designs for Selène Illuminazione and Prandina explore folded sheet metal, blown borosilicate glass, and poetic shadows that transform interior spaces.
