The Brafab In-House Design Team—working directly from the brand’s Swedish headquarters in Hishult—serves as the creative and engineering backbone behind one of Scandinavia’s foremost outdoor furniture manufacturers. Rooted in nearly a century of Nordic outdoor heritage, this specialized collective of product designers and material engineers focuses on blending residential living-room comfort with demanding weather resistance. Operating with an eye toward practical everyday living, the team develops versatile seating, dining, and lounge systems built to endure shifting climates. They are responsible for authoring and refining high-performance collections such as the modular Samvaro aluminum series, the tactile Vevi teak dining furniture, and the flexible Kotte lounge system. Their work integrates quick-drying foams, UV-stable olefin textiles, rustproof powder-coated aluminum, and certified hardwoods.
