The VOLA HV1 is a classic single-lever mixer tap, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1968 for the Danish company VOLA, founded by Verner Overgaard. It features a minimalist design with a hidden body and exposed controls, a principle conceived by Overgaard and developed by Jacobsen after he won a competition for the National Bank of Denmark in 1961. This design created the first modern tap, emphasizing both exceptional design and functionality, and has become a staple in high-end bathrooms worldwide, available in various finishes.
