Stockholm-born graphic designer and art director Clara von Zweigbergk is internationally celebrated for her intuitive mastery of color, paper craft, and spatial geometry. After studying at Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm and ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, she honed her visual discipline working with graphic studios in Stockholm, Los Angeles, and Milan. Von Zweigbergk achieved worldwide recognition through her close, long-running collaboration with Danish brand HAY. Her iconic creations include the geometric Kaleido modular steel tray system, the folded paper Paper Shade lanterns, and vibrant stationery collections. For Swedish manufacturer Örsjö Belysning, she designed the Cirque lighting series (later produced with Louis Poulsen), translating the swirling colors of carousel rides into vibrant horizontal stripes on spun aluminum.
