Danish design studio busk+hertzog—founded in 2000 by Flemming Busk and Stephan Hertzog—is internationally celebrated for architectural lines, sculptural presence, and ergonomic precision. Originating in Denmark and operating between Lisbon and Copenhagen, the multi-award-winning partnership has earned over 75 design honors. The duo achieved worldwide prominence through their prolific partnership with soft-seating specialist Softline. Iconic creations include the petal-like Lotus lounge chair, the sweeping Havana wingback series, and the futuristic Chat chair. They have also authored architectural contract seating for Frost, +Halle, and Caimi Brevetti, defined by clean geometry and fluid textile tension.
