Manér Studio

Copenhagen-based multidisciplinary practice Manér Studio—founded by designers Nanna Neergaard and Marie Hesseldahl—is recognized for an exploratory, craft-driven approach that balances material tactility with clean industrial manufacturing. Meeting while studying at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (KADK), the duo founded their studio in 2016 to bridge tactile sensory experiences and functional Scandinavian design. The studio gained prominent international acclaim through collaborative homeware and furniture collections with leading Danish brands. For Warm Nordic, they designed the sculptural Terrazzo and Mano accessories, celebrating raw composites, turned timber, and muted Nordic color palettes. Their portfolio spans ceramics, textiles, and functional storage pieces characterized by rounded corners, intuitive ergonomics, and soft silhouettes that invite physical touch.
