Lim + Lu

Founded in New York and based in Hong Kong, Lim + Lu is an acclaimed interdisciplinary design practice established by Vincent Lim and Elaine Lu. Both Cornell University architecture graduates, the duo merges Eastern spatial sensibilities with Western functionalism, creating interiors, furniture, and objects defined by subtle color palettes, geometric clarity, and everyday versatility. The studio gained international prominence for multi-functional pieces designed for dynamic living spaces. They conceived the Frame collection for Audo Copenhagen (formerly MENU), featuring slender powder-coated metal daybeds and side tables with brass detailing, alongside collaborations with brands like Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Tai Ping Carpets, and Florim.
