Eva Harlou

Danish architect and industrial designer Eva Harlou (b. 1977) is celebrated for bringing architectural purity, circular sustainability, and poetic balance to contemporary interiors. Graduating from the Aarhus School of Architecture in 2003, Harlou founded Earth Studio, bridging holistic spatial planning with eco-conscious industrial design. Harlou achieved global acclaim through her celebrated collaboration with circular design brand Mater. Her signature triumph is the Wicked Collection and the Earth Stool, combining recycled coffee shell waste and discarded plastic packaging with FSC-certified timber frames. She has also developed architectural lighting for Warm Nordic, modular storage systems, and luxury eco-residences that prioritize circular life cycles.
