Copenhagen-based creative label and design studio Phanta (Phanta Enterprises)—founded in 2020 by Louise van Hauen, Stinne Marie Wilhelmsen, and Hannah Løffler Schmidt—is recognized for infusing Scandinavian home living with playful nostalgia, joyful color, and conscious circularity. Rejecting sterile minimalism, the studio champions tactile hand-knotting and vibrant domestic accents. Phanta achieved widespread international design acclaim through its celebrated collaboration with Danish design brand HAY. The studio conceived the popular Phanta Plant Hanger—a contemporary, colorful revival of traditional 1970s macramé plant holders crafted from durable recycled post-consumer polyester cords. Produced in bold tonal contrasts with flexible woven pockets, their accessories invite organic indoor greenery into compact urban living spaces.
