Return Policy

At Reevela, we curate exceptional design items from independent retailers and studios around the world. We are committed to ensuring that every piece you purchase meets your expectations. Due to the nature of designer furnishings, returns are handled with care and clarity.

General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Most standard (non-custom) items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return eligibility and conditions may vary by seller and will be clearly noted on each sellers website.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, protective materials, and documentation. Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Made-to-order, customized, or special-order items (as specified on product pages)
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply depending on the seller’s policy.
  • Due to the size and value of many furniture items, return freight must sometimes be arranged through white-glove carriers. The customer may be responsible for coordinating and covering these logistics unless otherwise noted.
  • Returns must be shipped using the method and carrier specified by the seller to ensure safe transit.

 

Initiating a Return

  1. Log in to your account at the Sellers website and go to your Order History or Return Form page.
  2. Select the item you'd like to return and follow the prompts to submit a return request.
  3. You’ll receive seller-specific instructions, including return eligibility confirmation and shipping logistics.
  4. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging and schedule pickup or drop-off as directed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller.
  • Depending on the seller’s policy, restocking fees (typically 10–25%) may be deducted.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days after item receipt and inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll work with the seller to offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
