{"product_id":"ottilia-chair","title":"Ottilia Chair","description":"The Ottilia Chair from OX Denmarq takes a strictly utilitarian approach to seating, originally developed to handle the heavy-duty physical demands of commercial hospitality spaces. Built around a rigid, powder-coated steel frame, it completely bypasses thick, heat-trapping foam shells in favor of a reduced, architectural profile. The seat and backrest rely on heavy-gauge, vegetable-tanned aniline leather, tightly fitted directly to the metal framework. This material functions structurally, providing immediate tension and mechanical support without adding unnecessary visual mass.\n\nMeasuring roughly 54 centimeters wide and 58 centimeters deep, it maintains a highly condensed footprint for an accent chair. This compact scale allows you to position it cleanly in tight bedrooms, narrow apartment corners, or as a standalone piece in a reading area without eating up the floor plan or blocking sightlines across a room. The slender metal legs keep the main body physically lifted off the ground, ensuring the surrounding space feels open. To handle the mechanical stress of continuous daily use, the frame relies on visible, heavy-duty welds rather than concealing its construction behind decorative trim.\n\nBecause the thick aniline leather is left largely unsealed, the chair demands a pragmatic approach to ownership. Offered in raw, elemental tones like cognac and deep black, the organic surface is built to actively absorb natural oils, friction, and direct sunlight. Instead of degrading, it intentionally develops a heavy, darkened patina over years of use, visibly recording its history. Stripped of unnecessary skirting, the Ottilia is a quiet, hardworking fixture that relies entirely on raw material strength and straightforward construction to anchor a seating area.","brand":"Ox Denmarq","offers":[{"title":"Default","offer_id":68110863827265,"sku":null,"price":0.0,"currency_code":"DKK","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0832\/4150\/0993\/files\/9d8a11c4-6296-41e0-bd67-ff2ca8207681.webp?v=1793478144","url":"https:\/\/reevela.com\/products\/ottilia-chair","provider":"Reevela","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
