{"title":"Jack Smith \u0026 Gemma Matthias","description":"British industrial designers Jack Smith and Gemma Matthias—founders of design studio SmithMatthias—are recognized for a thoughtful, hands-on approach that balances mechanical intelligence, material economy, and enduring longevity. Established in 2014, the partnership emerged from their shared background across leading architecture and product design practices, rooted in a deep curiosity for manufacturing processes and sustainable circular making. \n\nThe duo achieved prominent international recognition through their lighting collaboration with Danish brand HAY. Their defining work is the versatile Noc lamp series, celebrated for its faceted die-cast aluminum shades, smooth powder-coated texture, and pragmatic functionality across clamp, wall, and table configurations. Smith and Matthias have also developed furniture and lighting collections for British and European manufacturers, including Modus, Allermuir, Deadgood, and Hitch Mylius.","products":[{"product_id":"noc-button-wall-lamp-dark-grey","title":"Noc Button Wall Lamp","description":"Noc Button Wall Lamp Dark grey is an amazing wall lamp with a minimalist design. The lamp is built around two rotating mechanisms that allow you to adjust the lamp as needed. The soft powder-coated surface and simple design serve as an excellent contrast to the edgy shape of the lampshade. The white inside of the lampshade reflects the light of the hidden light source, giving you as much light as possible without blinding.\n\nThe wall lamp is available in three versions. The Noc Button wall lamp is designed to be mounted and has a switch on the base, making it perfect for use as a bedside lamp for children and adults alike. The Noc wall lamp is mounted on the wall like a classic wall lamp, and the switch can be found on the cable. The Noc Clip wall lamp has a practical clamp function, making it easy to place the lamp on the edge of a table, headboard, shelf, or windowsill—the only limit is your imagination.","brand":"HAY","offers":[{"title":"Default","offer_id":49797231051073,"sku":null,"price":1158.99,"currency_code":"DKK","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0832\/4150\/0993\/files\/9ea99952-3ab4-4544-8de4-4f71f0aa2c8b.webp?v=1793337280"},{"product_id":"noc-clip-wall-lamp-dark-grey","title":"Noc Clip Wall Lamp","description":"Noc Clip Wall Lamp Dark grey is an amazing wall lamp with a minimalist design.
