{"title":"Anne Dorthe Vester","description":"Danish architect and designer Anne Dorthe Vester is celebrated for an experimental, material-driven practice operating at the boundary of sculpture, architecture, and functional furniture. Graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (KADK) in 2012, Vester co-founded the cross-disciplinary studio MBADV alongside furniture designer Maria Bruun. Vester’s practice explores the physical tensions between raw materials—pairing hand-cast plaster, ceramic, and rough-cut stone with precision-milled solid timber. Her portfolio includes the Half Meter Lamp for Swedish lighting house Pholc, which frames light within folded architectural geometry. Recognized with honors including the Finn Juhl Prize (awarded to MBADV), her work questions mass production in favor of sensory, tactile craft.","products":[{"product_id":"lille-18-wall-lamp-red-orange","title":"Lille 18 Wall Lamp","description":"The Lille 18 Wall Lamp by Pholc is a compact, sculptural Scandinavian masterpiece designed by Danish architect and artist Anne Dorthe Vester that strikes a flawless balance between minimal circular geometry and architectural presence. Shaped by a deep exploration of materiality and proportion, this distinctive fixture derives its artistic identity from its unique, layered construction that masterfully shapes the interaction of light and form. It is crafted from premium aluminum, precision-engineered with fine lines to direct a soft, glare-free downward glow against the mounting surface while allowing a subtle ambient halo to filter through its structural tiers.
