The Bolder project, designed by Snøhetta in collaboration with Tom Bjarte Norland and Vipp, consists of elevated cabins that blend seamlessly into the landscape of Lysefjorden. Constructed from wood and concrete sourced from the site, these lodges appear to float above the terrain, enhancing the sense of connection to nature while minimizing environmental impact. Inside, Vipp’s sleek kitchens and bathrooms, along with Eikund’s classic Norwegian furniture, provide a luxurious yet sustainable experience, with a focus on timeless design and breathtaking views of the fjord.
