{"title":"STUDIO 0405","description":"Founded in Copenhagen in 2015 by Danish designer Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze, STUDIO 0405 operates at the fertile intersection of architecture, spatial design, and domestic objects. The practice investigates the historical, technical, and material cultures of everyday items, collaborating closely with specialized craftsmen, artists, and photographers to develop refined designs defined by quiet structural clarity. \n\nThe studio achieved international recognition through its prolific partnership with HAY. For the brand, Mentze designed the acclaimed Apollo lighting collection—highlighted by the Apollo Portable Lamp, handcrafted from mouth-blown opal glass, alongside sweeping chandeliers and wall sconces that reinterpret classical luminaire typologies. The table lamp has soft, round shapes and is a modern interpretation of a classic table lamp shape. The lamp is handmade out of a single piece of opal glass, which hides its rechargeable battery and LED light source, which spreads a warm and pleasant light that manages to create a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. In addition, the lamp has an IP44 degree of tightness, which is why it can easily withstand humid environments, and can therefore be placed both indoors and outdoors - and since it is wireless at the same time, only the imagination sets the limits for the location of this unique design, as you can move it around as needed and mood. In addition, the lamp has a dimmable function, and therefore, via a touch step dimmer, you can adjust the light to your own need for focused or cosy lighting. With this lamp, you not only get a functional light source, but an extra aesthetic element to your interior design.","brand":"HAY","offers":[{"title":"Default","offer_id":49798966280513,"sku":null,"price":1207.43,"currency_code":"DKK","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0832\/4150\/0993\/files\/60f95d69-30d5-4c81-958e-1795916daa6e.webp?v=1793250358"},{"product_id":"apollo-1065-ceiling-crown-white-opal","title":"Apollo Chandelier","description":"Designed by STUDIO 0405, the Apollo Chandelier is a contemporary take on a classic lamp archetype, sharing basic structural characteristics of the traditional chandelier updated in a sculptural and functional design.
